What is included in the £1,000 onboarding fee?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. On our discovery call you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding takes up to 7 days from the point we receive all required information. This gives enough time to set everything up properly without rushing.
What do I need to provide to get started?
To fully set up your account, you will need to provide:
1. Your own Twilio account details (API credentials and phone number) we can provide guidance on how to get set up. Cost for Twilio is around £0.98 per mobile phone number per month and then top up for calls and sms messages.
(usually around £10-15pcm depending on your business volume of calls and SMS)
2. Your domain name for the landing page (Can be bought for around 99p) or we can set up a sub-domain of an existing domain you own.
3. Your sending email address and email provider access (or provide DNS access)
4. Any existing leads you want imported (CSV format)
5. Access to your Meta account if you want lead forms connected
What happens if a monthly payment is missed?
If a payment is missed, the account may be temporarily paused after a short grace period until payment is brought up to date.
Do you offer WhatsApp integration?
At this time, WhatsApp integration is not included.
The system supports email and SMS follow-up, which covers the majority of lead management and automation needs.
WhatsApp may be considered in the future, but it is not currently part of the service.
Can I import my existing leads from another CRM?
Yes. You can export your leads from your current CRM as a CSV file, and we will import them into your new system and place them into the correct pipelines and automations.
How many users can access my account?
You can add multiple users to your account depending on you plan. This is useful if you have a team, VA, or admin support who needs access.
Can I customise the workflows, emails and landing pages myself?
Yes. Once set up you, everything is fully editable. You can customise emails, SMS, workflows, landing pages and pipelines at any time inside the system.
How can I contact your customer service?
Our customer service team is available to assist you via email on support@7sync.co.uk. We strive to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your data remains yours and can be exported if you choose to leave. There are no long-term contracts or lock-ins. We simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice before your next payment is due so we can stop the upcoming billing.
Is this only for property businesses?
No. While it’s ideal for property professionals, the system can be used by any business that wants better lead management, automation, and follow-up.
Do you provide training or support?
Yes. You’ll have access to short, step-by-step video guides showing how to use and customise the system. Ongoing tech support is available if you need help.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. 7Sync is a done-for-you system that is fully built and tailored to your business. A free trial wouldn’t give you the full benefit, as the real value comes from having your workflows, follow-up, and setup configured properly for you from day one.
